A rare opportunity has arisen for a leading executive chef to join the Edgewater team. This is a highly sort after role and has only come up twice in the last 9 years. You will have to have a proven track record of excellence in the industry with a minimum of 8 years experience. This role is very hands on and requires a high level of kitchen management.

Housekeepers and Porters

Edgewater is seeking suitable applicants to provide our housekeeping and portering services for our guests. 

As our porter you'll be working shifts from 6.30am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.  Great communications skills are a must as you'll likely be transfering guests to and from Edgewater, assisting them on site and working with the Edgewater team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly.  Needless to say a drivers license is a must.

With 104 rooms, as a housekeeper your key tasks will be to clean and prepare rooms for our guests.  There are a number of positions available and you'll be working with a great team.
